Yes. We do everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs. For a burst pipe, a major leak or no heat, call 802-777-4825 rather than using the form so we can respond as quickly as possible.
Shut off the main water valve, usually where the water line enters the house near the meter or pressure tank. If water is near outlets or appliances, turn off power to that area at the breaker. Open a faucet to drain the remaining pressure, move belongings out of the way, and call a plumber.
Keep the heat at 55°F or higher even when you are away, open cabinet doors under sinks on outside walls, disconnect garden hoses and shut off outdoor spigots, and insulate pipes in crawl spaces, basements and garages. On the coldest nights, let a faucet on an exterior wall drip.
